Saturday night's main course. John Lake found a great supplier for tenderloin steaks. Fox Valley Singles provided the meat for this meal. Months in advance, John butterflies the steaks and froze them. They were so tender and flavorful cooked over a charcoal grill. You never know who is among you until you get to know them. Joe, one of the campers approached the grill and said he was a professional chef. We welcomed passing on the fork and tongs to a real chef so as not to harm that precious beef. There can never be too many cooks in the kitchen at our outings.
